Please, Read This CAREFULLY.
A very important rule here - Profiles are to be created the way you see them when you click "Easy Edit" for the first time. You CANNOT sell things on your profile (i.e., have a "store" on it, etc), you may NOT adopt out pets on your profile, even if you ARE an admin, you CANNOT have an alternate self here, either-you have to be yourself, NOT MAKE UP THINGS to make people feel for you, sound "cooler," etc.
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY OF THESE RULES BROKEN, EVEN IF YOU JUST JOINED THE SITE.
Concerning our art here-
Tracing over other peoples finished work or lineart to create new lineart/art is not acceptable.
Copying someone else's art in any shape or form is not acceptable. We will be able to tell if you copied someone else's work to claim as your own.
Modifying other peoples' work is not acceptable.
Trading or offering art to other members that has been plagiarized in some way is not acceptable.
Using or claiming ownership of other peoples' 'fursonas' or other animal artwork to be used as 'fursonas' on Bubble-Webbles is not acceptable, nor is it fair to the original artist. This image does not represent you and is therefore not allowed to be used. This also applies to entering competitions run by users, and using a stolen image/fursonas as your entry.
Creating a drawing with the relatively same pose or same colors as another drawing, whether you have seen it or not, is NOT theft. (This does not apply to traced/replicated drawings.)
One person cannot copyright a certain colour, species, name, pose, or marking, unless the marking is highly unusual and original. This does however not entitle you to directly copy any artwork that someone has made regardless of this fact.
Now, onto site matters-

•You need a WORKING email account. C:
•If you have a pet on another website (neopets, chickensmoothie, etc) you MAY bring them to this website! :D You will need a written authorization from Arue, however. Just send her a PM asking for her signature.
•We take account security VERY VERY seriously here. If we see suspicious activity on someone's account and presume it's being used by someone other than you, we'll notify you asking you to change your password for us. C:
•Yes, you MAY have more than 1 account on our website. Only for security, however. ;3 You MUST MUST MUST send your other account's name to Arue. If you're banned, we want to make sure to keep you OFF the site until you prove to us you are mature enough to get back on. So sorry... ;(
•Regarding banning- You have to prove to us that you've matured by creating an account, sending a message to Arue, then adopting a pet. Arue will keep a close eye on you for a week to make sure you don't break rules. C:
•Yes, you can trade pets! :D Just contact Arue or Raven, and we'll set up the trade with the other user. :D
•If you contact Arue asking to be an admin, she'll keep a close eye on you for two weeks. If you can prove to her you're admin material, she'll grant you high permissions. As an admin, you can create pets, edit pages, add to the website, ban users, etc. C:
• If you're an admin and break a small rule, you'll be put down back to the common level. Dx Sorry.
Info-
Bubble-Webbles are real AND mythical creatures in the form of virtual pets. You can adopt from my adoption page, Raven's adoption's page, the regular adoption page, or the pound.
Right next to the picture of the creature you want to adopt, there will be a number.
(Ex)> -#7 ^ ^ - ( Not all the numbers will be 7.)
Send that number to either Arue or Raven, and you will get your pet. If you joined this site, you know from your joining letter that there are seven stages of life for your pet, each (but from adult to elder) advancing 1 level every ten days. They ONLY go to elder if you take your best care of them. Otherwise, they'll stay at adult until you are deemed inactive. Then, they go to the pound, to live a lonely, sad life until they're adopted into another loving family. C:
Notes on the pound-
The pound is a horrible, lonely, cold place where animals are forced to sleep in a dark, damp cage crammed with other animals. Your pets will be forced there if you're inactive or their happiness goes and stays below 5 (out of 20) for 4 days. In most cases, animals will die of loneliness and/or starvation. D: You don't want that to happen, now do you..?
Adoption Pages-
Yes, you CAN get your own! Only if you're an admin, however. Contact me for all information. .:Arue:.
All with their own adoptables page (yes, you guys) WILL make you custom adoptables if asked politely (etiquette should not be lost, even on a website!). These will be locked for the person who requested it, unless they state otherwise. :3
Sometimes, there will be special adoptables! Like, instead of horses, there might be pegasuses or unicorns. Instead of wolves, there might be winged wolves! So keep watch at the adoptables pages to make sure you don't miss these special creatures.
Once you've adopted, you can only give your animal back to the creator of it or Arue. You may NOT give it to anyone else without written authorization from Arue.
Like stated, you may trade pets. C: They don't have to be the same species at all! You however, must get written authorization from Arue unless you are BOTH admins. Also, you may not trade them back to the same person. Once traded, you may only be able to re-obtain your pet with help from Arue.
You never have to feed your pets. Yes, you can buy food with pebbles (points gained from art and adopting) for your pets, but it will only increase happiness, nothing more. C:
